- Started as an AI-generated prototype — a chatbot and basic listing pages that worked in a demo, but had no multi-tenant security, no real lead-capture flow, and no infrastructure to run for live agents and real leads.

- Rebuilt it into a secure, multi-tenant platform: a production AI chatbot grounded strictly on each listing's verified data and real photos, server-side tenant isolation enforced on every request, rate limiting, contact-gated lead escalation to agents, AI-staged listing photos, an automated AI marketing-video pipeline with multiple video styles, and billing.
